Atvezzo Exchange Policy

We want you to feel absolutely confident in your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your item, we’re happy to offer an exchange.

Exchanges:

  • Eligibility: You may exchange unworn, unwashed, and unused items within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact. Please also provide an unboxing video.
  • Exclusions: Sale items, custom pieces, and items marked as non-exchangeable cannot be exchanged.

How to Exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support team at +62 812-8003-8612 (Whatsapp) within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
  2. Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  3. Please ensure the item is securely packed for the return shipment. Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective.
  4. All delivery fee will be the responsibility of the customer.
  5. Exchange will take 7-28 of working days.

Exchange Options:

  • You can exchange for a different size or color of the same item, or select a different item altogether.
  • If the item you request is unavailable, we will help you find an alternative option or offer a store credit.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement or full exchange at no additional cost to you.
