Return and Exchange

We want you to be happy and completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept return and exchange:

• Please note that we do not provide pick up services for returns and exchanges
• Exchange allowed only once, 7 days after you received the items
• The items should be returned in brand new condition, unused, unwashed.
• Exchange for different size or color is allowed for the same style. All exchanges based on stock availability.
• Return allowed for the defects or VEZZO sent the wrong items.
• Product must be mailed for return within 7 days from the day it was received.
• VEZZO will only process the exchange request when we has received the items.
